I was suffering really badly with Raynaud's despite taking a large daily dose of Nifedipine. My consultant suggested Vitamin e supplements. I was sceptical. However the condition has really improved since starting the vitamin. Maybe it's a coincidence and I will probably withdraw the drug for a while in a few weeks to test this hypothesis but I am hopeful it is working. The condition is not symptomless but I am down to one or two attacks per day from about eight. Has anyone else tried this? Others with Raynaud's might like to give it a go.

That's such a positive post Naomi and thanks for the information. This is what the frorum is all about - sharing the good as well as the bad and it is always good to hear of something which has helped a member. Your post will give others the chance to look into this too.

Thanks for that Naomi. I don't have Raynauds but I will recommend the vitamin E to my brother in law who has it.
